1.   Do you ship overseas?

Yes we do! We ship from Australia, and we offer shipping worldwide.

☆ Important note: Due to COVID-19 circumstances, delivery times are more delayed than usual. Please understand that this is out of our control.

S h o p    p o l i c i e s

By purchasing from jam & toast pins (jamtoastco), you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Preorders — When you purchase a pre-order pin, you understand that it has not been produced yet. It may take anywhere from 3-8 weeks for production, but this is also subject to change. Please follow us on Instagram (@jamtoast.co) for updates on the pins! We will keep our customers as updated as possible. We cannot accept refunds for pre-order pins, as it has been used to fund the production of the pins. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

2. Our refund/exchange policy:

 

WE CANNOT  issue a refund/exchange for:

○  Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

○  The item was purchased accidentally or incorrectly. (Please check your cart carefully before you purchase.)

○  The item has small/unexpected flaws. (Please read our grading policy, it provides a detailed explanation on the standard of our grading process. The grade you purchase will reflect our grading policy.)

○  Lost/stolen/damaged packages. (Read below for more information.)

 

WE CAN  issue a refund only  under these circumstances:

○  In the event that a pre-order pin does not get funded.

○  Excess postage from change of address — We will refund the extra after your package is shipped. Read below for more information on our policy regarding change of address.

 

3. Lost/stolen/damaged packages — We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or any damage incurred during transit. Once the package is dropped off, the delivery process of items is out of our control. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages will not be replaced or refunded.

 

4. Change of address — You must submit a  change of address form at least a week before we ship your package. Check our Instagram for updates on the status of the pins. We are not responsible if the item is wrongly sent to the address provided at the time of purchase.

If you submitted a change of address form and the new address is in another country with more expensive postage, we will send you an invoice with the extra required for shipping. We are unable to cover additional postage costs ourselves, so we will not be able to send your package until the invoice has been paid.

 

5. DHL Preferred postage — By selecting this shipping method, it already covers the cost of International Standard (comes with tracking) via Australia Post. If DHL is available at the time of postage, it will be sent through DHL. If it is unavailable, it will be sent via Australia Post. The extra will be refunded after postage. 

 

6. Economy Air letters — By selecting this shipping method, you understand and accept that is untracked and stamped mail, and that delivery times are uncertain due to COVID-19 circumstances. It may take months.

In the event that the post office doesn't accept this method, orders will be sent through International Standard - an invoice will be sent out to cover the extra. Thank you for your support and understanding! ❤️

 

7. Custom fees — We are not liable for any potential custom fees for international customers.
